Transplant Regional Account Manager

Position Overview
Pirche is seeking an experienced and highly motivated sales professional to join our growing commercial team. The Transplant Regional Account Manager will promote TxPredictor™ to transplant centers, HLA laboratories, clinicians, and other key stakeholders throughout the assigned territory.
This role will drive revenue growth, market development, and adoption by building strong clinical relationships, executing strategic territory plans, and expanding the use of molecular HLA compatibility and immunologic risk assessment in clinical practice.
The ideal candidate combines clinical knowledge with commercial expertise and can effectively engage stakeholders across major academic transplant institutions and healthcare networks. This individual must also be able to communicate complex transplant immunology concepts clearly and support the adoption of innovative approaches to donor–recipient compatibility and immunologic risk assessment.

TxPredictor™ provides additional information that may support more informed donor–recipient matching, immunologic risk assessment, and personalized transplant management. Our mission is to equip transplant professionals with clinically relevant insights that can support decision-making throughout the transplant journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Support Clinical Adoption: Educate transplant clinicians, HLA professionals, and other stakeholders on the clinical value of molecular HLA compatibility and Pirche-based immunologic risk assessment. Support the integration of TxPredictor™ into transplant center workflows and clinical decision-making.
- Build Strategic Relationships: Develop lasting, trusted relationships with transplant physicians, transplant surgeons, nephrologists, HLA laboratory directors, transplant coordinators, pharmacists, administrators, and key opinion leaders throughout the territory.
- Navigate Transplant Centers and Health Systems: Establish and expand Pirche’s presence within academic medical centers, transplant programs, HLA laboratories, and integrated healthcare networks. Identify clinical champions and institutional stakeholders who can support adoption.
- Develop Strategic Account Plans: Create and execute territory- and account-specific business plans that identify key decision-makers, clinical needs, growth opportunities, barriers to adoption, competitive dynamics, and strategies to increase utilization.
- Drive Revenue Growth: Achieve territory revenue and performance objectives through effective territory management, consultative selling, new-account development, and increased utilization within existing transplant centers.
- Manage the Sales Pipeline: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified transplant center opportunities. Guide prospects from initial engagement through evaluation, implementation, and ongoing utilization.
- Serve as a Clinical and Technical Resource: Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Pirche technology, molecular HLA compatibility, immunologic risk assessment, and the clinical application of TxPredictor™. Communicate scientific and technical information accurately and professionally to specialized transplant audiences.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with scientific, clinical, customer support, marketing, and leadership teams to support account implementation, customer education, and continued utilization.
- Support Scientific and Commercial Programs: Represent Pirche at transplant conferences, professional meetings, educational programs, exhibits, and other strategic events. Help assess the effectiveness and return on investment of related activities.
- Maintain Market and Competitive Knowledge: Monitor developments in transplantation, HLA compatibility, molecular mismatch assessment, competing technologies, clinical evidence, and evolving transplant practices to identify opportunities and potential barriers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent educational background required. Advanced clinical or scientific education is highly desirable.
- Three to five years of progressive experience in healthcare, diagnostics, biotechnology, transplantation, nephrology, laboratory, or specialty sales preferred.
- Experience in transplantation, nephrology, cardiology, pulmonology, HLA/histocompatibility, transplant diagnostics, molecular diagnostics, or a related specialty market is highly advantageous.
- Established relationships with transplant physicians, nephrologists, HLA laboratory professionals, transplant administrators, or other transplant stakeholders are strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to navigate complex academic medical centers, transplant programs, and large healthcare systems. Experience working with major institutions in the assigned territory is highly desirable.
- Ability to travel approximately 50%, or as necessary, throughout the assigned territory.

- Executive and KOL Engagement: Confidence in developing relationships with transplant program leaders, laboratory directors, physicians, researchers, administrators, and nationally or regionally recognized key opinion leaders.
- Clear Communication: Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills, including the ability to translate complex scientific and technical information into clear, clinically meaningful discussions.
