Risk and Acceptable Mismatch Profile
RAMP
The Risk and Acceptable Mismatch Profile (RAMP) module supports informed donor selection, immunosuppression management, and post-transplant monitoring by predicting epitope mismatches at the loci level. It allows users to evaluate how individual mismatches contribute to overall PIRCHE-T2 and PIRCHE-B scores and match an entire donor population to a patient to estimate average immunogenicity scores. With interactive tools and a visual histogram, RAMP makes it easy to assess acceptable mismatches and understand their impact on donor availability. The histogram displays donor frequency by PIRCHE score, making it easier to identify donors with a higher probability of compatibility based on lower immunogenic risk.


T Memory
TMEM
T Memory (Tmem) extends the capabilities of RAMP by modeling T-cell memory responses that standard HLA testing cannot detect. By using "previous immunizer" data, Tmem provides insight into potential post-transplant antibody risks by identifying HLA mismatches the immune system may have encountered before. Tmem distinguishes between typical unacceptable mismatches and those associated with prior immune activation. By comparing these reference peptide sets with common alleles, it identifies overlaps that suggest a memory response. This enables clinicians to avoid re-exposing patients to specific mismatches and to refine their donor selection strategy accordingly.
Outcomes Prediction
The Outcomes Prediction module is the latest enhancement to the PIRCHE TxPredictor platform, available exclusively through our Early Access Program. Designed to provide transplant teams with a more comprehensive understanding of the factors influencing outcome, this module goes beyond HLA molecular matching data to incorporate key clinical variables such as patient age, race, prior transplants, and more. By allowing a deeper look into the individual parameters that affect transplant success, the Outcomes Prediction module supports smarter, more personalized risk prediction.


Donor Selection
The Donor Selection module supports both solid organ and stem cell transplantation by allowing clinicians to compare multiple donors for a single patient using comprehensive immune profiling.
This tool evaluates immunologic compatibility in real time, displaying how each donor's mismatches affect the patient's PIRCHE score. A color-coded heatmap highlights which HLA mismatches most strongly contribute to the total immunogenicity, providing clear visual guidance to support more confident donor selection.
HSCT Search Profile
The HSCT Search Profile is designed to support hematopoietic stem cell transplant teams in identifying low-epitope-mismatched HLA combinations—even without access to a full stem cell donor registry. This module estimates the likelihood of finding a donor with a low PIRCHE score and presents the data in a combined table and chart view for fast and intuitive review. It enables transplant professionals to locate ideal mismatch scenarios quickly and streamline the search for immunologically compatible donors.
